♦ ACCESSIBILITY

CrimeCon 2022 will be accessible through web on your desktop or mobile device. DESKTOP: Compatible with Chrome and Firefox browsers. MOBILE: Android -- Compatible with the dedicated app, or via a Chrome or Firefox web browser; iOS – Compatible with the dedicated app, or via a Safari web browser and Apple through Safari. 

Our event platform (Hopin) has a short article HERE that is helpful if you have additional questions about compatibility.

♣ NAVIGATION

• When you first enter the event you'll be in the RECEPTION area. This gives you an overview of the schedule and what's happening across the platform. You can come back here anytime by clicking RECEPTION in the left-hand menu.
• You'll use the left side of the screen to navigate between Stages (where speaker sessions take place), the Sessions tab (where speakers will be doing live Q&A), and the Expo Hall & Podcast Row (where you'll find our sponsors, vendors, and will be able to come screen-to-screen with your favorite podcasters!).

♦ STAGES

• Use the left-hand menu to head over to any of our 3 STAGES - this is where sessions are taking place. When you see a red LIVE icon, that means something very cool is happening on the stage and you should hurry to click in.
• Once you are in a stage you'll see a chat room at the right side of the screen. This is where you can interact and chat with other attendees, and ask questions to the speakers.
• Your virtual pass gets you full access to ALL CrimeCon sessions on all three stages. Click around from stage to stage as much as you want until you find something you love. Check out the full CrimeCon 2022 schedule HERE.

♣ TECHNICAL

• You can watch from anywhere, but logging in from a computer will be the most comfortable and convenient way to watch sessions, participate in the chat, and move throughout the event.
• We suggest accessing the event via the most current, updated version of Chrome or Firefox browser. Test your compatibility before you join.
• If you connect from a mobile device, you'll need to use the Hopin app, Chrome for Android or Safari for iOS. Download the Hopin app here.

♦ VIRTUAL Q&A SESSIONS

• There will be exclusive Q&A's for virtual attendees with featured speakers like Billy Jensen, Alexis Linkletter, David Mittelman, Joe Kenda, Gil Carrillo and more.
• You’ll find all the virtual Q&As available in SESSIONS. Join your favorite speakers and ask them your burning questions! The virtual rooms will open 5 minutes before their scheduled start.
