  • How can I access CrimeCon: House Arrest?

    CrimeCon 2020: House Arrest is accessible through web on your desktop or mobile device. On desktop, it is compatible on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers. On mobile, it is compatible on Android through Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and Apple through Safari. You will receive an email with access link to the event at least 2 days prior to the start.

  • Is the ticket price per person or per device?

    The ticket price is per device and you may have up the three people viewing with you. Note that if you have multiple people viewing on a single device only one person will be able to be able to type/chat/participate in polls, etc. The others are wecome to view content.

  • I registered for CrimeCon: House Arrest. What now?

    You will receive an email with a link to access the event at least 2 days prior to the start. Your credentials are personal to you and, if shared to other devices, will invalidate the link for the first user.

  • Can I use a CrimeCon voucher to register?

    Yes,  vouchers will apply to CrimeCon: House Arrest. Shoot us an email at questions@crimecon.com and we'll get you taken care of!

  • If I'm unavailable on 11/21, can I still participate?

    Yes. You can access CrimeCon: House Arrest  sessions on-demand with the Standard, Standard+ or VIP ticket types OR with a CrimeCon Insider subscription.

  • When will the schedule and guests be released?

    We are building the program now and will announce guests periodically over the weeks leading up to 11/21. The exact schedule will be released a couple of weeks prior to the event so you'll have plenty of time to pick your favorite sessions and create your own agenda!

  • Are there virtual exhibit opportunities?
